Dinner Tonight:
Soft-Shell Crab Po’ Boy
After two days of artery clogging burgers and hot dogs, it made sense to deep fry something. So, we’re taking advantage of the soft shell season. You can’t see it, but there’s a half-ton of remoulade lining the bread. 
It’s a nice bite. Crispy, salty crab. Soft bread. Spicy sauce and cool lettuce. 
Try it sometime.
