Dinner Tonight: 

Ricotta Gnocchi, Steak Florentine, Charred Shisito Peppers, Grilled Scallions

My friend Chris is sitting out a noncompete (which, briefly, means he gets paid to not work), so he’s having a weekly Sunday cooking salon. Tonight we made Zuni Cafe’s gnocchi and cooked a three-inch thick porterhouse. Apologies for the shitty iphone photos. 

I need a noncompete.
