I'm Mari Borgomani and this is my food blog. I like to call it a compilation of awesomeness. Enjoy.
Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
This was dinner last night:
Roasted zucchini and pumpkin with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, black pepper, salt and rosemary; chicken breast strips marinated for about 40 minutes in Indonesian sauce (ketjap), garlic, rosemary, black pepper, salt, oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
Easy, quick, delicious and light dinner for a warm Saturday evening.
All was accompanied by a glass of easy Merlot.
