i love thin, chewy chocolate chip cookies, so before i made my first batch (ever) i decided a little research was in order. that’s how i came across cookingforengineers. the advice on flour amounts made all of the difference in having these wonderfully thin, crispy on the edges cookies vs. a disk of cake (i dislike these a great deal - cookies should not be puffy). resounding success.
