Tried a new crust recipe that worked out pretty well. No kneading, but a couple of days slow fermenting in the fridge.

Fellows, this just happened in my house. This pizza has the crunchiest, thinnest dough in town. If it weren’t for the bulky filling, I could eat 8 slices easily…
We ordered half 4-formaggio and half “everything you can imagine” (that’s brocolli, corn, palm heart, mushrooms, chicken and it’s covered with cream-cheese and mozzarella).
